We are glad to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we provide free shipping in the U.S. with orders over $75.00.
Domestic Shipping Only
We currently only ship within the U.S. Some items may not be able to deliver to Hawaii and Alaska for current operations.
Lost / Missing Packages
Hammer'd Coffee is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

*This doesn't include our Processing time which is usually 1 to 2 days.

It is possible that COVID-19 may slow shipping by an additional one to two days depending on the severity of the impact. We do apologize if this does slow down shipping by any means but hope to fulfill orders as soon as possible. Holidays can also slow down the shipping times depending on how close the product was bought to the celebration.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.
"No Information Available At The Moment"
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will My Items Be Sent in One Package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping. The free shipping still applies for items over $45.00 regardless of the combination of order.
